Ten years ago, that experience went independent as Bear State Concrete Construction, on a simple idea: keep the crew small, the standards high, and a lead on every job site. A decade later, we still run that way. We don't sub the finish work, we don't pad the scope, and we don't take on more pours than we can lead in person — which is why builders keep our number on speed dial and homeowners refer us to their neighbors.
